My friends would say I'm extremely social, a good friend and cook, and an overachiever. My husband would say I'm a good mother, a type A personality, and "bopsy" (ie perky and upbeat). All of these things are true. But what I would say about myself is that I am a playful, adventurous, deeply caring, dry-witted person who often gets bogged down with day to day responsibilities and is now attempting to slow down and downsize personal expectations so that I can savor and foster the most important things in life: family, friends, good health, and joy.
